Find time for yourself, it is so important. You can create a cozy sacred space just for you. Light a candle. Diffuse essential oils that you enjoy. Do a Prayer, anything that resonates with you. Allow yourself the time to set positive intentions for your day. You can do it in just 5 minutes or more.
There are no limitations, just do your best! Perhaps early morning when the children are still sleeping, or later in the evening when everything is quieter? Or any moment you find to be the right moment for you.
