DANCE FOR KIDS

Dance is a wonderful way for children to connect with their body and their own rhythm.

 

Dance is an organic, natural movement of the body that occurs the moment we are born. Everybody can dance, within their own capacity and ability to embrace this art of expression, and everybody has the right to express.

 

Through dance & movement kids can play, while at the same time develop awareness about their body without even realising the therapeutic work that they are doing. It also provides a special way to improve the breathing capacity of kids.

 

The main goal throughout is to allow the kids to blossom. Unravelling a new world of expressive steps and providing the opportunity to self discover their own rhythm towards experiencing joy.

 

Integrating techniques to provide real relaxation and a true sense of peace following the practice.
