Hatha Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and fluid style of Yoga that unites the ancient techniques of Hatha Yoga with the fluid form of Vinyasa, a technique that combines asanas (body postures) & pranayama (breath work).
This combination of movement & breath can be considered a movement meditation.
During a Hatha Vinyasa Flow practice we use a combination of postures, which aim to energise all the chakras and parts of the body, balancing and focusing the mind while connecting to the heart.
This practice can be adapted to all levels, always aiming to align with your own unique qualities.
