In every moment of life we breathe and equally in every moment of life we have the opportunity to take a full breath of life. The more attention that we can bring to our breath the more we can use our breath, rather than only sustain it, and the more we can then come to realise just how many incredible uses our breath has to offer us.
Our breath can energise us, our breath can relax us and our breath can bring us to meditation.

Can you take a clear and deep breath through each nostril?
What is the maximum amount of air that you can inhale into your lungs?
How slowly can you exhale air out of your lungs?
How long can you keep your quiet focus fixed on your natural breathing pattern?
