Breathing deeply is so important for the body, for our mind, emotions and heart. When we consciously exhale through the mouth it helps us to release even more tension, anxiety and stress.
Be aware of the whole breath, from the air going in through your nose to your abdomen, to the exhalation letting out all the air through your mouth. You can sigh using sounds like ahhh…. or any that resonates in the moment, make it longer and more expressive.
