If we want a shift in our life then we need to be open to change some of the ways we have been doing things. An open mind is an observant mind, not a judgemental one. We can be quick to recognise how easily we judge others, but just how much are we judging ourselves; before first just observing ourselves?
Judgement comes with negative energetic attachment and expectation for immediate change, without any potential for understanding. Observation on the contrary; is just coming to be open and honest to what we see, without any forced outcome.
So can we observe ourselves without judging ourselves? Can we see where we are doing things right while remaining humble, and can we also see where we could be doing things better while remaining confident?
It is within our shadows that we can find our brightest light, and so when we work on transforming the parts of ourselves in which we feel more constricted; we can focus on maintaining a sense of expansion, into a new space.
Gradually opening ourselves to new possibilities by releasing ourselves into our blockages. Rather than getting in our own way and trying to force ourselves past our limitations.
