Dance is a wonderful way for children to connect with their body and their own rhythm.
Dance is an organic, natural movement of the body that occurs the moment we are born. Everybody can dance, within their own capacity and ability to embrace this art of expression, and everybody has the right to express.
Through dance and movement kids can play, while at the same time develop awareness about their body & breath, naturally building confidence along the way. Using a combination of sounds, singing, drumming, gentle movement, Yoga postures & dance steps, all according to each kid and how they present in each session.
The main goal throughout is to allow kids to blossom in their own unique way. Unravelling a new world of expressive steps and providing the opportunity to self discover their own rhythm towards experiencing joy and a strong connection to the essence of their heart.
Relaxation techniques provide real relaxation and a true sense of peace following the practice.
