Trapped emotions make us feel overwhelmed and anxious, it is so important to feel them and let them go. Sometimes with the business of work, children etc, we don’t allow ourselves the time to release them and end up creating anxiety and suffering.
A nice option is to write them down. Find a notebook and just allow the pen to write. Write from your heart. Take deep breaths before starting and just flow with the pen and paper. Let your emotions fill the pages, allow yourself to just feel.
