So much of education teaches us how to think, when more emphasis could be put on teaching us how to feel. Too much thought can easily make it seem like we don’t have the answers to our problems, when actually deep down we do. It can be easy to assume that someone else is in a better position to solve our own problems, however this dependency takes a lot of power and control away from us.
A holistic approach puts more personal responsibility for how we are feeling; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Therefore, a holistic approach also puts more personal responsibility on how we want to be feeling in all those different aspects of our being.
Just as with the spectacular synchronicities found throughout nature, the greatest guidance always exists within. Plants and animals in the wild need not rely on the thoughts of mankind to sustain and grow; they do so instead through their own natural potential and instinct.
So when we can come to trust our own Divine intelligence and intuition, the power and control remains in our own hands; to then be able to look and feel for where the roots of our problems truly lie.
